At the hotel
Booking by email and phone
For bookings by email or phone, you need to send an email request to: reservation@lavallierehotel.com or call +359 892 03 08 08, providing information about the name of the guest, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children (age), after which you will be provided with a price offer for accommodation by email or phone. The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Lavalliere reserves the right to change its prices and special offers depending on demand and current availability.
Requesting a quote does not guarantee reservation of the room. Upon confirmation of the offer, Lavalliere should reconfirm the currently available rooms and rates, after which you should receive a confirmation of the reservation to the e-mail address you provided. It will describe the number and category of rooms booked, the number of guests (adults and children), the arrival date, the departure date, and the amount due. Please, after receiving the confirmation, take a look at the information provided in it and contact us if it is necessary to make an adjustment to any of the booking parameters.
Your reservation is considered confirmed, but not yet GUARANTEED and you must pay a deposit of 50% of the final amount of the reservation within 5 days of receiving the confirmation. Only after receiving the advance payment, the reservation is confirmed and GUARANTEED.
If payment for the reservation is not made within 5 days of its confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Payment for the reservation made by email or phone can be made in the following ways: on site at the hotel in cash /in EUR/, by credit/debit card or by bank transfer, indicating your name and reservation number as the reason for payment. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or B-card. Transactions are carried out through the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.

Payment by debit/credit card via virtual POS from DSK Bank.

We do not store details of bank cards used to pay via the site.
In the event that a refund is required for an amount paid by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card used to make the payment.
Reservation at the hotel
When booking a place at the hotel, you need to provide information about the guest’s name, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children/age/, after which you will be provided with a price offer for accommodation. The offer for accommodation in case of inquiries on site could be provided on paper or sent by email. The price offer is valid for 24 hours. Lavalliere reserves the right to change prices and special offers depending on the demand and currently available vacancies. Inquiring about a quote does not guarantee reservation of the room. Upon confirmation of the offer, Lavalliere should reconfirm the currently available vacancies and prices, after which you should receive confirmation of the reservation on the e-mail you provided. Please, after receiving the confirmation, familiarize yourself with the information specified in it and contact us if it is necessary to make a correction in some of the parameters of the reservation. Your reservation is considered confirmed, but NOT GUARANTEED and you should pay a deposit within 5 days after receiving the confirmation, which amounts to 50% of the final amount of the reservation. Only after receiving the required amount, the reservation is confirmed and GUARANTEED. If payment for the reservation is not made within 5 days of its confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

When booking at the reception and checking in within the next 5 days, payment must be made on site or upon check-in at the hotel. When paying a deposit for more than one room, it is necessary to indicate the reservation numbers of the remaining rooms, as well as the names of the guests. When requesting a company invoice, it is necessary to send the company details in advance before making the payment to the email: reservation@lavallierehotel.com or provide them on site before making the payment at the hotel.
Prices
All prices listed on the hotel website are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT and tourist tax. The total amount payable by the client for the reservation is calculated depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, the number and category of rooms, as well as the current price offer for the relevant period.
Online payments
Accepted credit cards for online payments: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, or B-card Transactions are processed through the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs. For online bookings after booking confirmation and payment via a virtual POS terminal, the BORICA payment page opens. The payment screen is located in BORICA’s 3-D Secure environment, ensuring full protection of the data entered by the customer. On this screen you should enter your card details – card type, number, expiry date and CVV2/CVC2 code. For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication where you are enrolled in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page from your issuing bank opens where you enter your authentication password. In order to use your debit card to make online payments, you need to activate this service and receive your secret code to use in your online payments. Activation can be done at any ATM in the BORICA network.
The hotel does not have access to your card details. We do not store details of bank cards used to pay via the site. Upon successful transaction, a transaction note will be displayed on the screen. At the time of online booking, the amount of your reservation will be automatically withdrawn from your card upon completion of the online payment process through a virtual POS terminal. After successful payment of the amount, you will receive confirmation, number and parameters of your GUARANTEED reservation.
Payment by bank transfer. You can make payment for the reservation by bank transfer within 5 days, starting from the moment of registering the reservation request, to the following bank accounts in BGN: COMPANY: “Dospatles-2000” AD BANK: “DSK” EAD SWIFT: STSABGSF / BIC code: STSABGSF / IBAN:BG14STSA93000031355961 all bank fees and transfer costs are at your expense. When requesting payment for a reservation by bank transfer, you must enter your name and reservation number as the reason for payment. After successful payment of the reservation amount according to the offer, you will receive an invoice for the advance payment.
Payment at the hotel

If you require a company invoice, please provide us with your company details before making the payment.

CANCELLATIONS ON RESERVATIONS
If you wish to cancel your booking you can do so at:
Phone: +359892030808 email at reservation@lavallierehotel.com If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is due. The deposit paid can be reserved for future reservations or returned to the client’s account. In case of cancellations or changes to reservations received 13 days before check-in or in case of no-show, an amount equivalent to the deposit paid for the reservation will be deducted. Refunds of amounts paid for canceled reservations will be made within 15 to 30 working days, in the manner in which the payment was received. In the event that a refund is required for an amount paid by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card used to make the payment. No refunds will be given for services not provided due to shortening the stay or early departure from the hotel. When refunding a paid amount, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are at your expense.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Reservation changes (name change, date change, number of guests, room type) are accepted free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability and valid price conditions at the time of receipt of the change request. Reservation changes (name change, date change, number of guests, room type) received from 13 to 7 days prior to arrival are accepted subject to availability and valid price conditions at the time of receipt of the change request, and amounts of the advance payment made are not refundable.
If the number of nights is reduced during the stay, a minimum of one night’s penalty is due.
Changes or shortening of stays under holiday offers cannot be made!
FORCE MAJEURE
Lavalliere reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In such cases, the hotelier:
– Offers accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.
– Refunds the paid deposit within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the reservation holder, and no penalty is due to the same.
If the guest is unable to travel due to force majeure circumstances and within 7 days prior to check-in, the guest must notify the hotel, providing written evidence of the force majeure reason. In this case, the hotel must provide accommodation for another period.
ACCOMMODATION
Check-in at the hotel is after 3:00 PM, and check-out on the day of departure is until 12:00 PM. If desired, you can extend your stay in the complex after 12:00 PM. For this, it is necessary to make an inquiry a day earlier at the Reception to check the possibility, according to availability on the day of departure, applying the current tariffs for the “late check-out” service. The air conditioning in the rooms works only when the balcony door is closed. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, as well as in all indoor public areas. Dogs are allowed on the territory of Lavalliere only in the houses. The dog must be vaccinated and dewormed. The price for a daily stay is €20. The hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. In the event of a lost room card or card, a compensation fee of €10 is charged. For security reasons, CCTV cameras are installed in all public areas. The hotel management reserves the right to change the operating hours of all facilities, dining and entertainment venues.

Your personal data is protected under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and is only used by Lavalliere’s booking department. “Dospatles-2000” AD, VAT number BG120506305. ID: 120506305, represented by Evtim Mutafov, with registered office in the town of Dospat, 6 “Orfei” Str., is the personal data controller and is responsible for compliance with the provisions of the General Data Privacy Regulation 2016/679. Your personal data will not be provided to third parties.
